The technical assistance service under TA 9554-REG: Southeast Asia Urban Services Facility is aligned with the following impact: livability of secondary cities in Dak Nong, Binh Thuan and Ninh Thuan provinces enhanced. The expected outcome will be access to urban environmental infrastructure and services in Gia Nghia, Phan Thiet and Phan RangThap Cham improved. Project outputs include: (i) solving inundation issues in cities, and (ii) Upgrade the wastewater collection and treatment system for improvement of environment and people’s living conditions.
Under this TA, NKV assist ADB to draft and finalize the necessary documents for the Secondary Cities Environment Improvement Project (SCEIP). Based on the project concept and baseline information of Phan Thiet (Binh Thuan) and Gia Nghia (Dak Nong), the Consultant support technical feasibility analysis of wastewater and sanitation components.
