The project aims to build infrastructure in Hue, Vinh Yen, and Ha Giang, that will serve as the cornerstone for resilient and sustainable economic growth and environmental improvement.
The JV Consultant rendered technical assistance to build capacity in integrated and resilient development methods, as well as to strengthen green city planning processes and raise environmental sustainability and resilience of ecological protection.
A vital feature of the new initiative is incorporating green elements into the broader SGCD project and using environmentally sustainable materials and methods to increase engineering design’s climate and disaster resilience and implement high-priority demonstration projects in the three cities.
