The North-East Sa Pa urban area with total area of 160 ha includes functional areas such as Hotel Resort Service Area, Mix-use commercial, hotel, office, and apartments and stay; Residential area; Settlement area and social housing; Public service area includes Culture, Sports and Sports club, education, health; Green trees, water surface; Traffic and other technical infrastructure.
NKV provides the consulting services for 1/500 detailed master plan, feasibility study, detailed design for infrastructure system under mountainous terrain covering transportation system (road: 20km, two lanes and four lanes), 30 bridges, power supply (28 substations 22/0.4kV, total capacity 22.831 MW), 05 wastewater treatments and water supply, telecommunication system, solid waste collection.
