The project is deployed on an area of 30 hectares, including a 3-5 storey building to be a boutique hotel, classic villa; shopping street, pedestrian street to create a destination to attract local residents and tourists; 15-20 restaurants, Spa and therapy, traditional “Cheo” and “Cai Luong” theater; Nurse house 3 stories, from 2-3 star, for elderly and newly recovered patients.
By combining the analysis of natural features such as elevation, slope, landscape, and technical foundation, NKV’s experienced architects have developed a master plan with two options to take advantage of the inherent benefits of the land as well as to meet the strategic objectives of the investor.
