Minh Khai Urban Area Project has a total area of 1312 hectares, which is planned as a mixed-use complex of functional areas including urban areas, resorts, commercial and service areas. The project is oriented to become a smart, iconic complex urban area with unique features. This concept takes advantage of the local traditional culture while still providing modern amenities to the urban area.
The Consultant rendered the consulting services for conceptual master plan including development of vision and orientation, assessment & analysis of current natural conditions and land use status.
Accordingly, the Consultant offered conceptual design for the project layout plan, access directions and traffic circulation, landscape and open space design concept and proposed development programs.
