CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION (SAFEGUARD MONITORING) FOR SECONDARY GREEN CITIES DEVELOPMENT PROJECT -VY-CS01

The project helps turn Vinh Yen into a green metropolis with a cutting-edge social and technological infrastructure that connects economic growth with a green growth paradigm. In particular, the area of Dam Vac Lake for Vinh Yen city has to be preserved and protected to build a space and green park belt to benefit the community and promote environmental cleanliness. Therefore, the project’s primary components are 1. Service Preparation 2. Environmental Monitoring and Evaluation 3. Involuntary Resettlement Monitoring 4. Implementation of Gender Action Plan and Reporting. 5 Strengthening Management Capacity. The scope of service consists of implementation and adherence to rules on forced relocation, environmental protections, and a gender action plan as mandated by ADB and the Government of Vietnam.
