Cai Mep Ha Logistics Center has a total area of 1,763 ha, including 3 main areas: Logistics Center and Cai Mep Ha port; Water surface area; Land for clean energy area and surface water area.
In terms of scale, Cai Mep Ha Logistics Center will become the largest logistics center in Vietnam, functioning as a regional and world-class transshipment center as well as receiving, storing, and preliminary processing of raw materials, packaging, labeling, distribution of goods to neighboring industrial parks, port clusters and connecting with other supporting service areas.
NKV has excellently won the First Prize of the International Architecture Competition for the 1/2000 conceptual zoning master plan (2017) and was proudly awarded for the Silver Award of the Second Vietnam Urban Planning Award (VUPA 2020).
