DA NHIM HYDROPOWER PLANT EXPANSION PROJECT LAM DONG PROVINCE

Da Nhim Hydropower Plant is a multi-purpose hydroelectricity project that yearly generates more than 1.1 billion kWh for socio-economic development in the Ninh Thuan province delta. The Da Nhim hydropower expansion project will add 80 MW of hydroelectric generating equipment (80 MW 1 unit) to the existing Da Nhim power plant (40 MW 4 units), increasing the overall peak production to 240 MW.

The water tunnel Expansion project of the Da Nhim hydropower plant, with a total length of 4,908.57m, is constructed by TBM (Tunnel Boring Machine) and partly by drilling and blasting method.
