Nippon Koei Vietnam International Co., Ltd. signed MOU with Dong Tam Group, and GreenBank Pte., Ltd.

On September 12^th, 2024, in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, Nippon Koei Vietnam International Co., Ltd. (NKV), Dong Tam Group (DTG), and GreenBank Pte., Ltd. (GB) officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for collaboration. This event marks a significant milestone in the joint-efforts to research, consult on, and promote Dong Tam Group’s industrial and urban development projects.

Through this MOU, the parties pledge to fully support and work closely together in researching and providing consultancy for Dong Tam Group’s industrial and urban development projects in Vietnam. With its strong experience as a technical consultant, NKV will collaborate with Dong Tam Group and GB to ensure the projects are developed and executed in a sustainable and efficient manner, setting new standards for innovation and long-term success.

For the past 10 years, NKV in a collaboration with NK have been successfully engaging for various industrial park/ logistic park development projects as the reliable consultant for the whole project lifecycle including master planning, feasibility study, basic design, detailed design, construction supervision, advisory services for operation & maintenance. We have been proposing our initiatives for the concept of Eco-Smart-CO2 Neutral IP as the sustainable development orientation which has been studied in Eco-IP Technical Corporation funded by JICA. With NKV’s strong technical expertise in industrial park development, Dong Tam Group’s visionary leadership in real estate development, and GB’s experience, this partnership will not only unlock opportunities for development but also foster lasting prosperity for all parties involved and the wider community.

This MOU signing marks the beginning of a long-term partnership, filled with promises of grand projects and meaningful contributions to sustainable development in Vietnam.
